Digital Downloads (Non-Refundable)
All digital items — including printables, activity packs, coloring pages, and downloadable files — are non-refundable.
Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so all sales are final.

Physical Products & Samson Merchandise (Future Products)
Some Samson items may be fulfilled through print-on-demand partners (shirts, mugs, posters, etc.).
We accept returns or replacements only if:
Item arrives damaged
Item is defective
Wrong item was shipped
Shipment was lost in transit
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We do not accept returns for:
Wrong size or color choice
Buyer’s remorse
Minor color variations
Carrier delays outside our control
If approved, we will issue a replacement at no cost.
Physical Book Sales (No Refunds)
All Samson books purchased directly from this website are final sale.
Books are fulfilled through Amazon or print partners and cannot be restocked, so refunds and returns are not available.
If your book arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days and we will help replace it.
